Thermal-Relax Gateway in the Ribeira Sacra, a privileged location with unique landscapes. Land marked by the Sil and Miño rivers, that as they pass through the mountains they shape a beautiful landscape.
We will enjoy 2 days of relaxation in the thermal water circuits of the hotel, with the possibility of a third natural thermal bath in the famous Outariz Hot Springs.
Also, in this amazing place of the Ribeira Sacra you can find the largest concentration of religious buildings of Roman style in Europe. We will make a few stops at the main viewpoints of the Sil River to admire the beauty of this area, full of vineyards, hidden monasteries and some dazzling waterfalls.
The falls of this geographical location, that can reach 500 meters in several areas, together with the slopes of more than 70% inclination and the walls of the canyon with lower slopes in which the centenary vineyards of the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin, are all hallmarks of the area. The Sil vineyards have obtained the accreditation of mountain viticulture and produce around 60 million of bottles per year, mostly red wine.
Its wine D.O. (Designation of Origin) "Ribeira Sacra" has a great peculiarity, the "heroic viticulture" it forces farmers to work on very high slopes.
There are several records of large shipments of wine being sent to the upper classes of the Roman Empire. Nowadays you can enjoy a glass of this wine on the catamaran that cruises through the Sil canyons or in the visit to the winery, that we make during this gateway.
Day 1. Arrival at the Hotel-Spa in the Riveira Sacra - Thermal water circuit
We will arrive at the Hotel Spa and we check in.
After that and to rest from the trip, we will devote the day to the Thermal water circuit in the spa. The thermal circuit includes thermal pool with jets, hot tub, cascade pool, swan neck showers, oxygenation beds, ice fountain, outdoor pool, sauna and steam room...
The giving itinerary might be modify if you desires to do so, as example, the hotel has a golf course.
After the thermal experience we are able to have a well deserved rest.
Day 2. Visit to the Ribeira Sacra - River Sil Catamaran Cruise (available from March to October) - Thermal water circuit
After having breakfast at the hotel, we are ready to begin our second day in the Ribeira Sacra, land marked by the Sil and Miño rivers, that as they pass through the mountains they shape a beautiful landscape.
We will head towards the San Esteban Monastery. It is a place in great state of conservation, with origin prior to the tenth century, currently owned by Paradores de Turismo and can be visited free of charge.
Then we will enjoy the Catamaran Cruise through the canyons of the river Sil (only available form March until October). On this catamaran ride along the river you can admire the falls reaching up to 500 metres in several areas, slopes of more than 70% inclination, or the canyon walls with lower sloes in which the centenary vineyards of Designation of Origin Ribeira Sacra are located.
Once the cruise is finished, we can enjoy a few stops of your liking at the main viewpoints of the River Sil or perhaps monasteries, to admite the beauty of the area, full of vineyards, hidden monasteries and some dazzling waterfalls.
Break for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will have the chance to delight ourselves in another thermal water circuit at the Hotel Spa, unwinding and relaxing in the pool, with different types of hydromassage jets, cascades, swan necks...
After this experience we can have a well deserved rest.
Day 3. Breakfast and the end of the experience - Outariz Hot Springs
After a second night in Galicia and having enjoyed another magnificent breakfast, we will end our trip. However, before heading home you have the option if we have time, to pass through the famous Outariz Hot Springs, luxury brooch to end this gateway.
We will check out at our accommodation, and take advantage of the morning by passing through the famous Outariz Hot Springs, located on the banks of the Miño river.
We recommend you to visit the hot springs, building inspired in the Japanese spa culture, its wooden installations integrate into the location. They offered 2 typed of thermal circuit (Celtic & Zen), with 11 outdoor and 3 indoor hot springs. Also we might enjoy different beauty treatments and massages.
With this last stop if so chosen, we will finished this gateway in a very relaxed way.

HOW TO FORMALISE YOUR RESERVATION
Our travel agency advised to book minimum 15 days in advance for a better management. It remains feasible to book this gateway although is made less than 15 days. However it is recommended to do it with greater time in advance.
A deposit of 30€ will be required so as to formalise the reservation.
Once your reservation has been formalised, shortly after, our team will be in contact with you to specify all of the details.
Once the reservation has been finalised, we will send you all the information for your compliance.
Once all the services have been booked and confirmed, the client must make full payment minus the deposit, 15 days before the beginning date.
In case the reservation has been formalised less than 15 days before starting date, the client must paid in full the total amount of 279€ per individual.
NO CANCELLATION FEE up to 7 days before beginning date. In this case, we will refund the total amount paid as deposit.
Up to 7 days before the starting date, there is no cancellation fee. In the unlikely event that it gets cancel, the deposit will be refunded in full.
