3. On-Line. From our own website, www.getingalicia.com, you will be able to make a firm reservation for the experience of your choice.

Always bear in mind the following details:

Each experience has a specific time, expressed in each file.
Some bookings are priced per person and others per group. If you make a group booking, you must refer to the number of groups, not the number of people.
Please read carefully every piece of information that appears in the timetables or in the number of people ranges.
If you are booking a transfer or any other type of experience where we need to know any relevant details, flight number, timetable, etc., you can express this at the end of your booking when we ask for your personal details, in the "comments" section.
The booking process is very simple: choose the date, timetable, number of participants, personal details and payment (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal).

How far in advance do I need to book?

With 24 working hours you can book any of the experiences we have published on www.getingalicia.com. However, please read all the information about each experience, as some of them may not allow reservations to be made this far in advance.
In any case, we always advise you to book sufficiently in advance to ensure that the whole process is as successful as possible and to avoid last minute incidents.

Can I bring my pet?
In most of the published experiences you can bring your pet, but in some, such as visits to monasteries, boat trips, etc., there may be some kind of special policy in this regard. In this case, we always advise you to contact us before making your reservation to make the necessary arrangements.

What documentation do I need to present for my booked experience?

When you make a reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification of your booking.

Subsequently, within a short period of time, you will receive the complete documentation, i.e. your booking voucher with all the details of the timetable, members, booking number, etc. You can take it with you on your mobile phone or tablet, although we recommend that you print it out to present to the guide or service provider. Please watch out for the arrival of this new email in which this documentation, voucher or voucher is enclosed.

Can I change a booking?

Yes, of course you can. You can modify your booking. Please note the information on booking modification in our general terms and conditions.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. You will have to inform us of the reasons for your cancellation. Also, you will have to take into account the information detailed in our general conditions.
